Accountable Care Organization

Under the Affordable Care Act, The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) finalized new rules to help physicians, hospitals, and other service providers give improved care for Medicare Fee-for-Service patients through Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs).

ACOs create incentives for healthcare providers to work together to treat an individual Medicare Fee-for-Service patient across care settings-including Dr.’s offices, hospitals and long-term care facilities.

HealthCare Provider ACO, Inc. is a network of ACO Professionals.
